Pre-Construction

This phase begins with an initial consultation discussing the scope of work; your home needs, dreams, design preferences and budget. Once your preliminary designs/ideas have been determined a cost estimate will be prepared and we will meet with you again to review. 

When your specifications and cost estimates

have been approved, construction will begin.

Hawkins Builders will take care of any 

building permits and details. 

We work closely with our trusted team  

throughout the entire construction process 

staying in constant communication and interaction with our clients. During this phase, we realize that there may be changes to the scope of work to include design changes, structural modifications or the timeline. We are well versed in making these changes and keeping our clients updated on any cost differences or schedule changes.

addition, includes site clean up and final inspections.  After completion, we have a
